By placing an order on this store, you agree to these terms. This shop is operated by Ela, an independent artist and maker. All products are handmade and sold directly to you.

Products

Every lamp is made to order by hand. Because of the natural materials used — resin, wood, and moss — slight variations in colour, texture, and grain are expected and are part of what makes each piece unique. Product photos are representative but your lamp may differ slightly.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD (US Dollars). We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, or product availability issues. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

Production & Shipping

Production takes 3-4 business weeks from order confirmation. Shipping takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

Damages & Returns

If your lamp arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Because each lamp is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you have any concerns, please reach out before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the case of damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are final sale once production has begun. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming a custom request. Any changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Intellectual Property

All product photos, designs, and content on this store are the property of Ela's Resin Art. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without written permission.

Privacy
