Damaged or Defective Items
If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
· A clear photo of the damage
· A brief description of the issue
We will offer you the choice of a full replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. No hassle, no hard feelings.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Returns & Change of Mind
Because every lamp is made to order by hand, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases. We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting, and to reach out with any questions before buying, we're always happy to help. 🌿
Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. After that, we are unable to cancel as your lamp will already be in progress. Custom orders are final sale once confirmed.
