Shipping policy

Every lamp is made to order with the help of my partners, which means yours is crafted specifically for you after your order is confirmed. Please allow time for both production and shipping when planning your purchase, especially for gifts. 

Production Time

All orders require 3-4 business weeks for production before they ship. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your lamp is on its way. 📦

Shipping Time

Shipping takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are out of my hands. I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your lamp's journey all the way to your door. If you haven't received your tracking info within 12 business days of ordering, please get in touch. 

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to update it before production begins.
